


Corn Bread
2 Cups Cornmeal
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Sugar or Splenda
1 Egg; beaten
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
2 Tablespoons Butter; Melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg, buttermilk and melted butter. Stir well and let rest for 1 minute. Stir again and spread mixture into pan and bake until firm and golden brown
