Fast Food Restaurants

Can't figure out what is safe to eat at your favorite fast food restaurant. Here are the links to 
their web sites. Remember to check with the company often, they change ingredients from time to 
time. The reason we do not have a gluten free list for Fast Food or Chain Restaurants is because 
each restaurant buys from different suppliers; therefore, if one has gluten free items in one area, 
it might not be gluten free in another. We are sorry for this inconvenience; however, we have now placed up a message board system that will allow you to look for safe restaurants in your area and allow you to post gluten free restaurants you are aware of.
