I know this
list is long and ugly and you think you will never get the hang of this, but
when
eating try to eat fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, meat, chicken and fish that
has been baked
broiled or grilled without a batter or cream sauce. Eating out is the hardest;
however, when
you are home you can convert recipes and still enjoy your favorite foods,
including Pizza,
