Sample Letter to Manufacturers
It is very
important that you know what you are eating is gluten free. Sometimes labels
are
difficult to read with the way they list various ingredients such as modified
food starch,
natural flavorings, and/or spices. To be sure that the product you wish to
purchase is
indeed gluten free it is advisable to contact the manufacturer. You can phone,
email, or
send a letter to the manufacturer. Below is a sample letter to send to the
manufacturer.
Just cut and paste the
following letter into your email or word processor. You can then edit
it from there. If you need help please let us know.
