Holiday Honey Glazed Baked Ham

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Score ham and stud it with whole cloves. Place Ham in a foil lined pan and set aside.

In a double boiler, mix together corn syrup, honey and butter until warm and blended together. Keep the honey in the double boiler warming, because you will need it to baste throughout the baking period of the ham.

Brush some of the glaze over the ham and place in the oven to bake. The ham will bake for approx 1 hour and 15 minutes or until fully cooked. During the cooking period, you will need to re-baste the ham with the glaze every 15 minutes.

During the last 4 to 5 minutes of the cooking period, you will turn the oven to broil to allow the glaze to caramelize. Remove the ham from the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
