Message Board Guidelines 

Since it is so hard to find gluten free food when out with the family,
we decided to turn to our Celiac Friends across the country. If you know of a Safe Place to eat,
please let us know. 

To make it easy to use for everyone, in the subject line, please place the town and state
you are writing about. In your message, please list the restaurant, its location and what is
gluten free on the menu. Also we ask you to list how you found out what was gluten free.

I recently ate at Big Bob's Steak House in anywhere, Texas. 
I spoke to the owner and he assured me that the grilled chicken breast and the baked
